The Eiffel Excellence scholarship program is offered by the French government to international applicants of Master or PhD programs.

The Eiffel Excellence scholarship program is offered by the French government to international applicants of Master or PhD programs. It covers the following:

Monthly stipend (1181 EUR)
Round trip airfare
Health insurance
Assistance in finding an accommodation in France

It must be noted that the Eiffel program DOES NOT COVER TUITION FEES. Should you wish to apply to private institutions (e.g., business schools), you may have to shell out a considerable sum of money for the tuition.
