How GradMAP Works
Volunteering
Filipino graduate students and STEM professionals volunteer to be part of the mentor pool.
Matching
Mentors and mentees are matched based on their goals and backgrounds, subject to the availability of mentors
Mentoring
Mentees undergo one-on-one mentorship for at least 6 months. We provide mentors and mentees with monthly guidelines and reference materials to structure and supplement the mentorship program.
During our 2022 cycle, over 102 Filipino scientists and engineers from >27 countries volunteered to become mentors
Our mentor volunteers have also developed career resources and guides for graduate school applications. These are open to all students, with or without mentors.
