About the Event
Hello Mentors!
To better know the mentors who are also doing amazing, cool science around the world (like you!) and to build a community among mentors, we invite you to our very first Mentors’ Happy Hour! Join us virtually in Gather Town for an evening of mentor mingling, games, and fun. There will be three Happy Hour sessions on Sep 25:
1) 4-6 pm Manila time, ideal for mentors in Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea; and the Philippines
2) 5-7 pm Berlin time, ideal for mentors in Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Estonia, Sweden, Norway, France, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Czechia, and the United Kingdom
3) 5-7 pm Eastern time, ideal for mentors in Canada and US.
Please choose your preferred session by filling out the registration form by Sep 18 (Saturday). We will send the calendar invite as we approach the date. In the meantime, please familiarise yourselves in using Gather Town (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89at5EvCEvk) where the Happy Hour session will be conducted. The theme for the event is SUMMER.
